Parking Indigo Halifax - Garrison Grounds
This is NOT owned by Indigo anymore. HRM owns it and I got a ticket because I parked here, paid on the app, with no idea that HRM had taken over this lot. I thought this was still part of Garrison Grounds owned by Indigo. HRM says my dispute is invalid so I still have to pay the ticket and hope for a refund from Indigo.
