One Stop Granite

Hello Folks - Just dont even think about One Stop Granite. Its not worth even one single thought. Extremely unprofessional, a big cheat, product may not turn to be same as shown or quoted. Upon complain the owner will turn rude and threatening.Save yourself money, hassle and peace of mind. Don't get entrapped by attractive prices. Otherwise be ready to feel helpless !

Save yourself the trouble and do not go to this place. The prices are appealing, but you will get even worse than what you pay for. My parents decided to move forward with this place because they had given them a quick lead time (said it would be done within the week) and gave them a cheap price. Not only were they constantly rescheduling and not answering our phone calls, but they are so rude and disrespectful. I tried to talk to the owner about coming to fix these mistakes as you can see in the photos, but instead he got rude and told me I should've gone to someone else from the start, and that this is normal for stone-work. I do interior design work, and I am constantly working with suppliers and contractors for clients, and I have never seen such lazy and unqualified work. Everything is uneven, and the counter came in four small pieces with a choppy 90 degree cut rather than one L-shape piece or even a diagonal 45 degree cut... when I tried to talk to the owner about coming to fix it because my parents feel cheated, he did not take the criticism lightly and went off attacking me saying I clearly don't know anything about stone-work" and that "I should stick to what I know." He said that if I know so much about cutting countertops

Please stay away from these people I can give them 0 ⭐ if I can don't throw your money in garbage

Worst people ever. They will be very responsive to get business but after getting the business, they will give you very tough time. Be careful in setting up payment terms with these people. Do not pay them more than 20% or so of the overall job. Pay them only when they finish the job otherwise you will be in alot of stress as they don’t bother to attend your phone calls no matter how urgent your job is…Wish i could give them a zero rating!!!

They offered great rates. The countertop looks amazing and high quality. They also guided me on installation which was a plus. Thank you.

Excellent service, quick, honest and transparent!

Please avoid these guys at all costs. Their work is subpar, they’re not responsive, they don’t fulfill their timelines and there are more than enough contractors out there who do good work that are worthy of your business. I’m usually generous with reviews and quick to send praise to help out a small business because - hey it’s tough out there. However, what was supposed to be a basic kitchen renovation turned into a 4 month project with us constantly chasing them and asking them to finish a project we paid them on time for. As someone in the customer business, I know what exceptional client experience looks like and ours didn’t even come close to that. I’m not writing this out of spite, but to encourage customers considering them to look elsewhere and for these guys to get their act together.

Very bad service, I got my kitchen countertop from this place. The sink fell down within a month, coutertop got stains within one week .Before installation, they are nice, and listen everything. But after installing they didn’t listen their flaws and not gave any service to fix sink again. No matter how many times you call humbly and request, they don’t bother to call you back after making excuses. Previous sink was 40 years old, never fell down. My goodness!

One of the best quartz fabricators within the GTA. They were very helpful throughout our process of getting our countertop tops changed from the kitchen and washrooms. They were very professional and punctual from the beginning and throughout the entire project. Would definitely recommend them for all your countertop needs!
