I just purchased my EVOLV City Plus from Urban Machina about a week ago and can honestly say that I am impressed with their services.My scooter was on pre-order so I had to wait for mine to come in but UM sends out status updates to keep the customer informed and aware.Any questions I sent via email were responded to in a very timely fashion and when I came to pick up my scooter the lady there was kind enough to run me through basics and answered any questions I had. Overall, I am so glad I purchased my e-scooter from UM, I feel like I have a piece of mind.

Friendly and helpful staff. They answered all my questions, and communicated well via email.They also offered to set up a test ride if I wanted one.I ended up purchasing a VSETT 9+ from Urban Machina, and I love it. They had it unboxed, assembled, inspected, and ready for me when I arrived to pick it up.I highly recommend them.Thank you!I have since purchased a second e-scooter (Evolv Pro R) from them, which I've been riding to/from work when it's sunny (Burnaby to North Vancouver, 44 km round trip).It's an addiction, and I wanted to level up the power/range!Again, service was great. No complaints here!

I owned the inokim light super 2. It was stolen from me twice. It was my favorite scooter that I've ever owned. But sadly I can't find another one that I can buy. Is there anyone with any info on where or how I can still buy that model. Please if anyone has any ideas that might help me find one I would be forever grateful. Plus I will take every step possible to prevent the future loss of my favorite scooter of all time. It's definitely not something that I would ever take for granted again. That's how much I miss and loved that model. Anyone, please please , I need help in finding one.

After visiting 3 different electric scooter retailers in Vancouver, I choose to buy through Urban Machina, because the staff was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel confident about which model to choose, demonstrated and explained everything about the scooter. They also were very prompt at answering emails. The post-purchase service is also excellent. I would say it's absolutely worth it to book a test ride and check them out. Thank you!

I'm loving the Evolv Stride. John at Urban Machina was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Stride is exceptionally well made, with enough power to climb our Vancouver hills, and it looks tough (see photos)! I think the honeycomb" semi-solid tires and front and rear shocks is the best combination for city riding
