Meridian Credit Union

Good location in Vaughan. The credit union overall has great interest rates. Some staff, including the branch manager Anthony, are quite arrogant. The credit union always compares to the big bank. Most staff moved over from TD and think they can disrespect members. Not impressed with the customer service. This branch does not live up to the values outlined on the Meridian website.

I'm from Italy and I'm new in this country, but the teller Victoria was so kind and patient to explain me everything. Also a good location for a bank, the only one near there is the RBC, but it's almost always busy, Meridian is such a very good alternative.

Receptionist greets you as soon as you open the front door!Personally, I hate waiting. Especially when staff just ignore you until they ready to talk. It makes you feel like your presence in premise is not in their interest, and even if you'll leave no one will care. Anyway, it's not the case in this branch.Receptionist offered me an espresso!It's very nice gesture. It's not the matter of coffee or free good.
