2L Labourers were retains to clean our windows,,84 in all, They did 100% of the cleaning and were paid less than $100.00 each for this work, Upon completion i was asked to tip them, I then realized that after paying over $1200 for this project to this Student contractor he was not paying them what I call a fair payment and refused to add to this arrangement. This contractor was capitalizing on their labour risk !!Completely and totally unfair, for 2 young men , Sorry but I won’t be using this service again however will hire and pay them $500 each as they earned it, I will also provide them with a appropriate equipment from a rental agency . Thank you for this opportunity to share our point of view
