We recently purchased 3 new cell phones for the family, the second time we've done that at this store. All of the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The assistant manager went out of his way to call our provider to make sure they would be matching a plan just announced by another provider (an excellent deal that we weren't even aware of). Everything was explained to use in easy to understand terms, with no pressure to purchase any extras. Overall a great experience. We'll continue to make this our #1 cell phone store.

If I could have rated a zero, I would have! I went into the store with my adult son last night at 8:50 p.m. on Wed. Dec. 21/22 to pick up four phone cases. Nobody came out from behind the counter to offer their assistance, even though there were two employees working, who were not busy servicing other customers. Upon checking out, the purchase came to just under $85.00. The clerk handed me the credit card machine and simultaneously asked how I would like to pay. When I responded, I'd like to pay cash"

I went in Friday March 26, 2021. My pixel 2 was giving me all kinds of problems and i was looking for a solution. Nicole was the one to help me out and she not only diagnosed the problem but was helpful with tips on how to extend the life of my already failing phone much further then i would have thought it could last.When i asked her about other phones that might be a suitable replacement she was very open and honest about options she thought might work best for me. She was super knowledgeable about her products and gave great services.Thanks Nicole appreciate your time.
