The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Not able to get ahold of Jordan or mat for the last 2 weeks , no response to calls, emails, texts. it’s taken 2 weeks to try and get my refund check. they finally had one of their sales guys call me, and told me they sent it out, and 3 days later I haven’t received it yet ,when I have the text message saying they would overnight it to me. this dealership has been extremely difficult to work with. Horrible customer service stay away from this dealership!!!

Went in for a fluid check and oil change and ended up paying $103.16. Was told I needed to change a filter (understandable) and that it would be 25 dollars. Was told to come back tomorrow because it would need to be delivered. Sounds good. Pay the $103.16 and go. The guy that was helping me was new so he said he would get the invoice to me tomorrow because he was having trouble getting codes into the system. No problem dude. Called today to ask if it was delivered (it was) but was told it would cost over 50 dollars? I mentioned the price they told me yesterday and he then told me the price is $42.49? Strange. So I show up, get the filter put on and pay the $42.49. I finally get the invoice today and it says the oil change cost was $87.10 but I paid $103.16. Tried to call the service department to ask if maybe im missing something but they never picked up the phone

Juan was great to work with! Hands down the best vehicle buying experience I've ever been a part of. Zero pressure and found answers to every single question I had. He even installed the mud flaps I brought with me for the drive home. Someday when I am ready for another new truck I will be calling Ontario Auto Ranch.

had every intention of going to Boise to get my Jeep..at my Granddaughters urging i checked this place out..the customer service was top notch..in fact it was what brought me back to purchase my Jeep here..they gave me the best deal they could and i had to think about it..but there was absolutely no pressure about me doing so..Alex was awesome..smooth and easy purchase..highly recommend!!

Went in looking to buy a car, wasn’t very sure what I wanted. The salesmen juan Ramirez was very friendly. He showed me a few cars and recommendations. He was very patience with me. We both found a car in my budget. He is very professional and would recommend talking to him. If I ever need another car I know where to go!
