Very impressed with the kindness of the team. I stopped in just a few minutes before closing, thinking they were open for another hour. They did not make me feel rushed and helped me with a quick purchase.Beautiful pieces.

I have enjoyed my last few visits since discovering the store and the interesting decor. I purchase an Arden duvet set and an area rug. We needed to return the area rug for a better choice (size) and we received good customer service. Will be visiting often.

I have been shopping here for 15 years and bought some amazing pillows recently which were on sale. The staff went above and beyond by calling another location to hold the remaining quantity of pillows i needed. I love Urban Barn and their customer service.I am a lifelong customer!

Great store with very helpful staff. Nikki helped us pick out the perfect table for our dining room. And then emailed us a few weeks later to let us know the chairs we were looking at (but didn’t buy with the table) were on sale. Great service!

Excellent customer service from Tina. Very helpful. When I got home and was unsure of my chair purchase she helped me via email and phone to choose the right chair. Moved furniture around in-store, sent me pictures and involved the rest of the staff in helping me decide. Went above and beyond. I did end up changing my mind and she directed me to a closer urban barn to change my order. It is because of service like this I have purchased so much from urban barn. Also they have great stuff!

They should train their staff to be more service oriented and trained to deal with multi cultural customers.. the staff does come across a little on the edge when they see a member of a different. Immunity walk into the store! A bit of sensitivity training may go a long way to increase sales and traffic to the store! This goes back to the store management and how they themselves run the store!
