Great dim sum restaurant. Currently they are doing la carte instead of pushing the carts around meaning the food will be fresh. The food was delicious and service was quick. Make sure to validate your parking for 2 hours by giving your server your license plate number. Also you need to be vaccinated to eat here.

It's an a bit above average Chinese restaurant with history in Chinatown. Nice service and good foods. Free parking available.

DIM SUMFirst, the restaurant offers free parking while dining there, which is a great plus, because it can be hard to find parking in this area. The service has been consistently good, and they seem to recognize me whenever I come back for another visit.Second, the food is very good, and made to order; so no rolling carts. the dim sum is cooked to perfection, and not over/under cooked. The best part of the meal is the price; and it is lower than most comparative spots around Vancouver. The service is relatively very good, and prompt whenever we come here.Overall, if you like fresh dim sum from the kitchen, free parking while you dine, and good value - you will like this place. If decor is your main thing, you will be a bit disappointed. But hey, that's not why we do not go out for dim sum for!

Free parking for about 1 hour and 45 min ( that’s all they offered). Food was generous and tastes quite good! Service was slow as no waiting staff outside and we had to wait with paying customers/ takes outs/ and regular line up customers in order to get our seats even though we made a reservation.

Surprised the food is getting better. New chef ?? Service is good but the air conditioning is not working too well during the last two visits. Such a big restaurant should be able to provide good environment to big banquet flows.

We stopped in Chinatown, looking for some place to eat for lunch. Most places were closed down, and we weren't certain where to go. A lovely stranger stopped to talk with us and recommended Floata, indicating that they had really great dim sum. We decided to go for it. The food was fantastic, but the ordering and language barrier made it a bit of a challenge. We ended up ordering way too much food and felt horrible for not being able to finish it. The crab, shrimp shumai, the shrimp egg roll, and banana leaf wrapped rice were amazing. We did get to go boxes and ended up having late night snacks at the hotel. The price was moderate given the amount of food we purchased, but it proved difficult to understand what we really got as the receipts were in chinese.

Dim sum is definitely a must try. Restaurant has lots of seats,probably won't need to make a reservation.

Dinner on Christmas Eve was great! Really good service, and food was fast and tasty & good portions. Probably not the best day for a proper review since it was not busy at all, but either way, we really enjoyed the food. Oh and free parking on level 3.

This place still make pretty good Dim Sum and not super greasy too and the waitstaff were pretty friendly as well. But their Scallop Egg White Fried Rice had a terrible weird fishy after taste unfortunately it's probably best not to get that dish.
