Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort

Room was great and staff was friendly. Reason for the 4 stars was there internet was getting upgraded which the service was not that great. I wish I knew when I booked the room, not when I was checking in because by that time it is too late to change hotels.

Rooms are older and not as nice as I was expecting for the price. Pool looks nice but feels like it has a truck load of salt in it! Hotel is in a good location with lots in walking distance and they rent bikes for free if you are staying with them. Has good food attached.

Stayed here as reviews were great. For our family, it was just okay. Room and bathroom weren’t as clean as expected. Service was okay.

I didnt stay here but ive been using the gym for a few months now. From the day i signed up the old woman at the front desk has been rude and nasty with me. I started having issues with the treadmill and was told numerous times she would tell maintenance and she never did. I would get 15 minutes into my run and the treadmill would just turn off. No amount of pressing the reset button or turning the power on and off would get it to come back. I tried the safety key every time and that did nothing either. I finally had enough and told her i would like to suspend my account. The lady who runs the training program was so nice and said she would get a professional to look at the machine so I decided to wait things out, their suspension sheets start at the first of the month so I would keep going hoping that the problem would be fixed by the 1st. When I went to work out this morning she told me that if i was going to come back she would have to get the manager involved. I was never rude or violent. I work in customer service and try to act how id like my customers to. She also said im the only one having issues with the machine why would they bring some one in to look at it if its only me having issues. Theres no reason i should spend my morning upset instead of doing my usyal workout routine. Im sorry for any one else who has to deal with this horrible woman.

I stayed here for 2 nights; the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I found the bed and pillows to be quite comfortable. The downside to this place is that the walls are very thin. Also in my room the thermostat for the AC wasn't working properly so it wouldn't stay, making it too hot in the room for my comfort level at night. Overall I would definitely stay here again. The restaurant is fantastic!

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk agent Shivam delivered the kind of high quality customer service you would get in a luxury hotel. A true professional!!!

GREAT: The hotel itself is nice, the room was good, and the staff were friendly. The food in the restaurant was VERY good — one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve experienced.OK: If a pool is high on your family travelling list, this one might not be your best option. It’s fine, just very basic with no ‘extras’ for kids. The lock on our room door was also not working, so anyone could just walk in without needing a card key. They did offer to move us to a different room, but we were already fully unpacked, so we just bolted the door every time we were inside.BAD: The lounge was advertised online to be open until 11pm, the front desk said 10pm when we checked in, then the lounge manager just unilaterally decided to stop service at 8pm. After a long highway drive, we were looking forward to enjoying a couple of cold pints after the kids were settled.

Hot tub was the most filthy one I've seen at any hotel , had orange slime on the sides of it. The railing going into the hottub was loose and dangerous. Inside the room there were staples sticking out of the bed boarder which cut my husband's hand! Air conditioner was broken and on top of that kids running up and down the halls ND stairwells till 1 am. Staff were unable to do anything about them ... very unimpressed. Save the money and try a different hotel.

I have been staying at the Prestige for one week, every 2 months for the last 10 months for business.The team there is simply outstanding from catering to check in, housekeeping, management, the banquet staff, servers in the restaurants, the gentlemen at Enterprise car rental, and the ladies at the Spa.I am so comfortable and well taken care of when I am there. Everyone is personable, polite, and dedicated to their jobs at hand. They also all appear to be happy, which says a lot about their leadership and management.I feel a huge sense of community when I am at the Prestige, often more than I feel when I am home. I look forward to each business trip to Cranbrook and highly recommend staying at this location.

If you like being interrupted by a jet tub running at random times and not knowing if you will sleep, this is the hotel for you!. We were initially told no other rooms were available and to see if it would stop randomly turning on, after 15 minutes it turned on again. Packed our stuff up expecting to have to find a new hotel for the night. Get to the front desk and the gentlemen was very rude. Got us another room magically. Would not refund us at the time. (11:30)pm so we went in a identical room and were told to not use the tub. Was all in all a terrible Experience, especially on a planned getaway weekend.
