They're very responsive, even outside normal hours. The work Mike did was worth the money, and for that reason I'd recommend them. Two comments though;1. They added a $20 free for cleaning cat hair, which itself was fine, but they didn't ask first. They simply texted saying the fee was added. For this, I was going to give 3 stars, but I went back up to four because of point number 2.That is; when I picked up the car, the airbag fault light was lit. When I mentioned this, Mike didn't try to shift blame or tell me it was there before. He admitted right off the bat that the error was new, and had me follow him to a mechanic to have it looked at. It turns out, it was a seat sensor, and once the seats dried from being washed, the error would clear (which it did).I respect that honesty.

I was really impressed with the results for the interior detailing of my car. It looked practically brand new and I'm very happy with the results not to mention that the price was very reasonable! Would definitely return for future services!

Michael did an amazing job with our Hyundai Santa Fe. We went with the gold package and it was worth every penny. Our car is basically brand new! He was also very friendly. Thank you for an amazing job!

Holy moly. I splurged for a professional clean and was not disappointed. My car had years of caked on salt, coffee stains, dirt etc. and it looks brand new. BRAND NEW. Michael you're the best! Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

I took 3 cars to Michael for detailing. One car was heavily stained by tobacco/nicotine, and the other two were 'well lived-in'. Michael made all 3 cars look like brand new!!
