twice on our travels we have stayed here. The owners are fantastic and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well layed out..I would call it a hidden gem ,no surprises,no bugs,comfortable beds.

My brother stayed there. You could feel the springs in the bed. They folded the comforter as padding. Cold showers in the morning. I phoned to pay for a night. I could not understand the lady on the phone. She ended up cancelling the entire reservation. She called my brother and the reservation was reinstated. They will never be back.

It's not a horrible place it's prices for a room are cheap and affordable but clean

Make no mistake: this is a 2-star hotel by definition, but for what it is (esp. with the price), it's great.A friend and I had planned a motorcycle trip around Alberta and were unfortunately rained out for a cold night. We were able to book a last-minute room at Crossfield Country Inn with 2 queen beds for an unexpectedly cheap rate.The location is easy to find off the highway, and is situated reasonably close to Airdrie. The owners were polite and friendly when we arrived soaking wet in the rain. It was very easy to check in and get our room. The room itself had the basic amenities you'd expect (cable, fridge, microwave, coffee maker - very important, and shower), and was clean and reasonably sized.If you're passing through and need an affordable, quiet and clean place to stay for a few nights, this hotel is a great place to stop by.

Fantastic! Huge room, impeccably clean, updated bathroom, fresh smelling! Lovely couple who own and run the inn. Surprised at some of the negative reviews. This was a great place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The owners are so nice and helpful.Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved how quiet it is here. Definitely coming back on our next vacation to Calgary.

Very clean and well equipped room at a fair price.

They’ll promise a price on the phone and charge you more when you arrive. Smells like cigarette smoke and they don’t wash the sheets. The owner gets mad when you try to confront him about anything wrong with your room. Extremely uncomfortable stay.
