I Called Colin later in the evening, late enough that I wasn’t expecting a response till morning, Colin responded within minutes , I had an emergency and without hesitation he fit me in next day . He was very professional and kind , completed the work quick and efficiently, I’m definitely keeping his number for future work and passing his contact along to friends and family .

I had an unfortunate experience with Colin, who was contracted for a number of tasks around my home, including gutter work, soffit, fascia, roofing, and the installation of exterior rigid foam. We had mutually agreed upon the price and scope of work, but the reality of the service provided was deeply disappointing.Despite my anticipation for a completed project, I was met with unfinished work. The craftsmanship delivered by Colin, his father, and their two labourers was simply unacceptable and well below any professional standard. I have photos that clearly illustrate the poor quality of the work they left behind.Furthermore, when it came time for payment, Colin attempted to charge more than the amount we initially agreed upon. This led to disagreements and an escalation in behavior that I found to be completely unprofessional.In light of this experience, I would strongly advise against using Colin for any home improvement work. Not only was the quality of his work unacceptable, but his business practices and conduct were also highly questionable. Always prioritize your peace of mind and entrust your home to reliable, respectful, and professional contractors.

Colin and team, answered and responded to my call. Was able to squeeze me in the same day to repair and replace vinyl siding damage due to high winds. He and the team were quick and they even fixed a few other problem areas to help prevent future damage. Very thankful and appreciative to him and his team.

Colin helped me take care of some preventative maintenance on my home by extending a couple of downspouts on the roof, fixing some of the builder's shortcuts. I made 3-5 calls to different companies and he was the first to call back. He fit me into his schedule the following day. Colin knows his stuff. He and his buddy Johnny were efficient in carefully completing the job. No roofing job is too small for Colin and team to take on. His pricing is fair. Colin fixed my roof after last years windstorm. Due to natural wear and tear we had some issues with some loose shingles once again. Colin came by the same day and took care of the problem with a smile on his face. Customer service goes a long way in owning a business and Colin has top notch customer service.
