The staff at the Datatech Business Centre are super friendly and welcoming. They have a cozy waiting area and pantry.
I did not have to wait long even though I was early for my appointment. One time I was having an issue with my appointment timing and also parking spot, Sahar helped me with both and I was very happy. There are a lot of businesses there which I have taken advantage of a lot of them.

Waiting in my truck in the parking lot due to Covid19 while my passenger went to an orthodontist appointment. A security officer was taking pictures of all the license plates of the cars that were parked here.

This isn't the building's fault per se, but the parking lot is a nightmare. Ironically most of the bad drivers are headed to the liquor store.Also, get rid of the carpet in the stairwell, Sheesh.

We use the DataTech Business Centre for meetings. Clean, not dumpy and affordable. Meeting room probably takes a maximum of about 15-20.

Visited Kersten Orthodontics. They have lots of chairs and a calming fish tank. The business centre has elevators and a sitting area in the lobby.

Great location and well managed short term private offices with shared lunchroom and boardroom. Perfect for any small business or a satellite office. Convenient having Tim's, Anytime Fitness, BC Liquor and a Convenience Store in the building as well. Highly recommend.
