Alan performed a home inspection for us for a home we plan to purchase. The inspection report was far more thorough than we anticipated. Alan came to do a inspection for a home we are purchasing. He took the time to explain what he would be doing and he asked us if we had any areas of concern before we started the inspection. He took his time to go through the whole house and show us all the important items he noted as well as all the mechanical items we will have to maintain.
