APD Automotive Parts Distributors

My shop buys most of our aftermarket parts from APD. They have excellent delivery times and quality customer service. The experts on the phones are always helpful finding the correct parts. Our sales rep is an outstanding professional and the VP is a world class leader.

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful and they actually answer there phones unlike other suppliers ive dealt with. Had to spoon feed part source and still no show from sales rep.

If you want trouble, order something from them! I ordered something via ebay. They did good at first but... First they provided me a ''fake'' or a useless tracking number. Was unable to track my package with that number.So a week later i wrote them a message and look at that, they provided me a new tracking number and i finally was able to know where my package was because if i wait and wait, the package will never arrive here. But the ''funny'' part is coming!My order was ''stuck'' at their carrier 60 kilometers from here and they told me there was something wrong with my address and they TOLD ME TO GO THERE TO GET MY PACK!!!!! What????? I have to go there by myself, spend 20 dollars in gas, drive two hours two ways to get my order????Finally, days ans days later, the carrier delivered it here like WE ALL EXPECT! And THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG with my address on the receipt inside the box and on the slip outside on the box! Lies after lies! So i wrote them another message telling them everything was fine (with pictures of the receipt and the slip) and i asked them if i can order something else from them even with that ''funny'' episode. THEY NEVER REPLIED! Lies, Lies, Lies... That's what you get.So i won't order something from them anymore...

We have been long time clients of APD and believe in service and quality. APD has what we are looking for in a parts supplier and we know that if we have an issue it is always taken care of. Jamie Ruryk is very professional and knowledgeable. He always takes good care of us!

If u need parts for anything in your vehicle it's here...or they can get it for you at an amazing cost. Great staff and the hold music is amazing!!! Seriously they have a family guy one and star wars as well..
