Person came to our door. Explained what we would be charged and we confirmed it with Bell on the phone. When we went to cancel our service Bell said we would be charged $150 to cancel the TV we don't use. This is exactly the opposite of what we were told when we signed up. This happened to me before with Bell and took hours and hours to try and resolve. Don't trust this company

I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed!Today I dealt with ‘Steve’ who was more than willing to help me and was extremely patient with me. No question was too insignificant for him to answer. I highly recommend coming to the Bell store at the Stone Road, Mall.I have left the store with an upgraded phone, exactly what I wanted and will be back in two years to upgrade again.

I was doing quotes for my business in Guelph and my MIFI device was stolen from my truck which provides me with internet access so I can do estimates and proposals for customers. I drove immediately to the Bell store at Stone Road Mall. Customer Service Representative, Steve, assisted me. He got my stolen device disconnected, got me a new MIFI device set up, and even helped me connect it to my computer and printer. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes and I was back in business. Steve and this Bell Store get 5 stars from me and two enthusiastic thumbs up! Thanks Steve! Wendell Leytham, Owner

If you need a phone, internet or TV…go see a guy named Red! He was so helpful! I did a ton of research preparing for the usual fight of switching providers but didn’t need to. He made the switch easy, I felt good about the purchases, left happy. Thanks Red!

When I set up my phone (December 27 2022)I paid the 50$ fee in store, I paid using cash because it is all I had on me at the time.my phone bill comes to 154.05$ when it should only be 85$I am aware that typically the first bill is more expensive , because typically you have the phone payment, the bill and the start up fee.  however, I bought the phone and paid in full and I already paid the start up fee in person. well, I was looking at the receipt I got from the guy that set it up. There was no charge on the receipt.This guy likely pocketed the money I paid him for the start up fee(which is what I was told it was for), and I have to pay it again now and because I paid in cash there is no proofBell’s stone road mall store location was awful and did nothing to help me figure this out. Instead, they told me there was no manager available that I could speak to I went in four times this past week to deal with it.One person even told me it would be two weeks before I can speak to a manager, they gave no help or advice in going about viewing video footage, proving that I did, in fact pay. Given that this is the first phone bill I have had in my name I was not aware that you don’t pay in store, this is when I turned to Facebook for helpUpon posting on Facebook, I was given tons of advice, but also received many comments from people who have experienced similar things at this locationSuch a horrible experience, and would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone. In fact, I would recommend they avoid this location at all costs.This morning (January 8 2023)I was able to call bell mobility , it took all of five minutes to deal with the situation and have that charge and the taxes removed.I was told that this would be sent to the higher ups and there will be a full investigation into this location, and specifically into the employee that I dealt with.The associate that I dealt with on the phone for Bell mobility was incredible and very helpful. He was able to help me figure out my problem very fast, He was able to remove the charge and he was able to report the problem for me.Although so beyond thankful this issue has since been resolved I am still beyond upset by the experience I had with bells stone road mall store location and more people need to be aware.

Steve and his staff were extremely helpful. I am not the most tech savvy guy and came back to the store several times for assistance on set up for the new phone - always smiling and professional.

A week ago, I could not access the internet on my trusty dusty smart phone that I have been using for almost two years. I thought it was a nation wide black out. Turns out it was the SIN card. They kindly swapped it out for a new one. They did it fast and free of charge. I don't remember their names, but they were friendly and helpful.
