Went there for the first time and honestly speaking? Then this is exactly what i was looking for! First of all their food is always fresh and second friendly service. I tried their crispy chicken burger and their beef mushroom burger. They both tasted really good. I will definitely go there and try more of their items. And i can't wait.UPDATEWent there again and ordered chicken wrap, grilled chicken burger, fries, wings, and their chicken chunks. I would recommend chicken wrap as its cheap plus tastes the same as their burgers or even better! The wings i had received were over cooked and had very less sauce to it and the fries seemed to be cooked just a little over. Their chicken chunks were better cooked or maybe because i had taken my wings back and told him how its way too over cooked and when i ordered again, he showed me the chunks and asked see now? Is it better now?" Overall

Tried crisply Chicken burger. The chicken was nicely done. Crisp from outside and juicy from inside. A spicy crispy chicken burger can be a great add on.

So they started putting “chicken tenders” in your chicken breast burger. Not the actual breast piece!! Very disappointing. Walked in today at 5:42PM and confirmed from the staff. Crispys owner I didn't expect this service my friend. We have seen businesses going from sky to ground when they don't listen to their customers! We will never return back

A good fried chicken restaurant with a quality product. A decent place if you're in the mood for something quick and comforting.Order:Three Piece Chunks of Boneless Fried Chicken Meal ($14.99 each) x1- Perfectly cooked and crispy fried batter- Light seasoning with the pepper being the predominant flavor- The side sauces are recommended since the seasoning is mild- Juicy and moist boneless chicken- Beautifully crisp friesAtmosphere and Site:- The inside had plenty of seating- The interior décor is what you would expect for a fast food restaurantService:- The food took about 15~ mins to come out- Some tables in the restaurant were dirty

Fantastic place - amazing food and very nice staff. They were able to make recommendations. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was very tasty and the beef burger was even better. Both were decent sizes. The wait time for food prep was ok. We didn't dine in but the the seating area seemed a little dated.

5/5 for #halal delicious boneless fried chicken. Juicy and tender. Club Poutine was ok (try to eat it on spot, don't refrigerate).Wings got good amount of meat and nicely marinated in sauces. Best #halal fried chicken in Ottawa. Definitely try burgers and sandwiches next time.5/5 excellent customer service.Thank you guys, you rocked! :)

I'm quite de-pressed lately as I have seen minor inconsistencies in service over a period of time. I've visited this place in many occasions over 5 years or so. It was never a bad experience even if it wasn't a good one at times. Overall expect the few minutes wait if you want fresh food and once it's out....ull forget the wait. I like the differentiated fries. I've been getting the double cheese burger which I never can finish easily. Skip the fries if u wanna finish the burger. I have tried other items like chicken pieces and subs like steak ....chicken....etc. it's always clean too except that too clean at times as the disinfectant extremely dominates the smell of the restaurant. Still this place is worth your money spent as it is a well worth junk food but good food for a wonderful experience. Good portion for the price of a mean which justify the quality and quantity aspect of business. I recommend this place if you are around the area.As a bonus ....its halal too

Absolutely flavourless. We ordered the chicken thighs, poutine, and chicken burger. Thighs were the saving grace. They were moist and crispy.. but still lacked a bunch of flavour. The poutine gravy didn’t taste like gravy. It taste like cumin with water. The “chicken burger” was in fact 3 soggy chicken tenders in a bun. This still lacked flavour. The sauces were a let down and were expensive. One of the sauces was half filled. Furthermore the honey garlic sauce also tasted like cumin, garlic, and water. The fries were decent. Overall would not recommend. I had high hopes because of the good reviews but was completely let down and will be throwing out all the food.
