Avoid this place like the plague! What a joke this place is. Management refuses to do their jobs. HR Denise French refuses to do anything, even if it is required by law.Customers are allowed to abuse staff, while staff members are forced to take it, or be without a job. Awful campaigns, lead by awful people.

One of my friends works at this place and from what I hear it's a really good place to work. There's always all kinds of job opportunities available. The staff are very friendly and they pay really good from what I have been told. They treat you really well here and I highly recommend anybody looking for this kind of work to check out this location. From what I recently heard, they are always hiring and there are job opportunities available.

Company Hires people during busy seasons, and lets people go for there own reasons shearching there qualitys till they find a error of there choice. It is not a good place to work, and from my class after the Christmas season ended only a few of 20 were left, moreover the company removes comments to hire fresh workers to fire just before benefits kick in. I would use them for short term work, and keep it in mind.

I actually liked the team leaders for the most part minus a massive lack of communication. when you could actually help people it felt good, the metric system is unrealistic and a lot of things worked against you and unhelpful, 90% sure a lot of the top agents cheated the system as multiple times I had to deal with their issues and take penalties for it. The metric system ruins the job and ruined my mental health and even leaving the job the lack of communication is crippling to part properly from them.

This is an office job and we were told in training to ignore harassment if it appeared to just be that type of relationship". None of the provincial laws were followed in that area

They promised a training class $19/hr for the first 7 months of working and then dropped it to $12.75 without saying anything

I do not recommend this place to a company looking for Professional Agents. These guys allowed people to literally YELL at customers on the line. The people had no professionalism.Ontop of that any callers that had a severe issue had their issue belittled as if it wasn't work their time. Especially when it related to the strike 6 months later.Perhaps some Internal audits need done.This was my experience on the Canada post. Who knows whats going on in the Bell campaign.P.s. Don't bump into staff outside of the building, they'll snarl at you. Highly unprofessional.
