I cannot say anything negative about my experience with CALGARY CAR CENTREt. The customer service was exceptional . They answered all of my questions and helped me from start to finish. I was always treated with respect and it was such a joy to work with them. I would recommend this carCentre to anyone. A big thank you to NICOLE for help and answering ALL of my questions!

Great experience! Very patient and helpful. After I purchased my vehicle Simirad called asking how it was and when I let him know I was having issues working the remote start he handled it right away. Carmelo worked hard to keep the financing within my budget. Overall very happy.

I had to find another vehicle after mine finally died on me. With my unique situation I was struggling to find a vehicle. I came upon Calgary Car Centre and decided to try them. I spoke to Jay on the phone and later that day he said I was approved and invited me to come look at the vehicles. He had prepared a few similar vehicles for me to look at and was great at his job. We were able to find a vehicle I felt comfortable with. Carmelo was able to get me approval through TD Bank, that fit within my budget. I highly recommend this dealership, after I got off the phone with Jay originally, I thought there must be a catch, but there wasn't and now I have a great vehicle! Thank you both so much!

My experience with Calgary Car Centre was amazing!!! I have been trying to apply for financing a vehicle at a lot of places but no luck, but I got approved here. Special mention about Simran who made sure to show me all the options properly and finalize the car and Carmelo was amazing during the entire process and had great customer support.If you are looking to get a good used car Calgary Car Centre is the place to be.

Bought a vehicle with Nicole’s help today! She was so warm and welcoming and very helpful. Explained everything step by step and I never once felt pressured to make the purchase. Very quick, easy and stress free sale! Would definitely recommend buying from them!

I drove 3 hours from small town BC to find and truck and visited multiple dealerships. This was by far the best experience I had during my car shopping. The staff were friendly, and when we showed up half an hour early for our appointment they managed to accommodate us anyway. Nicole was superb, admitted to things she did not know instead of making things up, and checked with some else for the answer. Kiran and Carmello both worked hard to find me the best deal they could, and when it became apparent that the Truck I was interested would not be ready for me to take home that day, due to a necessary inspection not being completed, they quickly worked to arrange the necessary inspection.I am very happy with the service I received, and I don't feel like anyone in the store bullied me into buying my new truck, unlike one of the other places I visited.If you are looking for a new ride, I would highly suggest Nicole and the team at Calgary Car Centre!

I absolutely recommend this place. The staff are easy to deal with, very friendly and professional. Out of all the vehicles (5) I have purchased my experience with Calgary Car Centre was one of a kind. The team especially Carmelo went above and beyond. Since the Dodge Journey I was purchasing was from out of province and hadn't been advertised they held it for me and ensured the Dodge was in working order with plates and all before handing over the keys. If I had to buy another vehicle, I would definitely go here.
