Phoenix was very professional and extremely responsive when our basement flooded! They were able to come in and reduce any further damage and helped ensure that everything was properly cleaned and repaired. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had Phoenix Restoration come into our condo to inspect 3 areas for mold - Phoenix was our second estimator. The previous company - top ranked by Google - confirmed that all 3 areas had mold and provided an estimate of $3000. James inspected all 3 areas, found no mold and saved us $3000. Thank you!!!! I strongly recommend Phoenix Restoration for an honest service provider that you can trust!

Phoenix was a great company to deal with. I had an emergency flood of sewage in the basement of my business. They took care of it professionally with great communication. Every person on their team was excellent. I’m very happy with their work. A bad situation was remedied quickly. I’d definitely recommend them.

Phoenix Restoration
Phoenix did a great job of taking care of the mold in our downstairs bathroom. They were fast, honest, and very professional. Their final report was detailed with lots of photos and explanations around the root cause of the mold. Top notch work!!

Called James in Boxing day afternoon. He arrived in an hour. He checked my water damage concrete wall and did a humidity test. He found water came from furnace not concrete crack, and let us call furnace expert. Very professional! Strongly recommend.

I was extremely upset with the damage that was done to my suite from a flood. Phoenix Restoration stepped up and handled the repair and restoration to my satisfaction. I was very comfortable with the work and the work ethics. Any problems or minor set-backs were handled quickly. I was in constant contact with James. Thank you

Extremely poor experience with this company. James (owner) was sketchy and untrustworthy, seemed like he was trying to jam unneeded costs and inflate the value of what was a straight forward fix.One of the trades at my house told me that they have to kick back a significant percentage of their bills in order to get work from these guys. Sounded really unethical.Overall it was a really sketchy experience. I am surprised that insurance companies would work with this company.Stay away.

Phoenix Restoration
Called on Friday April 14th to have them come do an assessment. Was booked for 9am to 9:30am time slot and was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. NONE of the above occurred. I stayed home from work to cover the time slot I was told. Phoenix no showed and didn't have the courtesy of a phone call. Do not use.

Phoenix Restoration was great! I had water damage to my library and the potential for mold was high. They started work within 2 days of the initial site visit and the crew was friendly, professional and fast. I am very impressed with all their work & response time to any of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Phoenix Restoration for any restoration work needed.
