Called through a Toyota roadside assistance. We got into a snow ditch and Eric got us out without any damage to the vehicle. Very professional! It turned out we gave the wrong address, but Eric spent time to find us and finally got us out of th ditch! If you stuck in the snow near blue mountain area, don’t hesitate and give them a call now.

I called through my credit card assistance program and they showed up promptly, leaped out of out the truck and was ready to assist. After boosting my bike battery he insisted to wait around until I had safely drove off. very personable and gave great advice moving forward on charge times and age.

Horrible service over the phone. Can say that the lady on dispatch is rude and not helpful in any way! They like to pick and choose when to give people a deal/help people out and in no way are understanding or helpful towards people in unfortunate situations. Knowing very well they could have done something in regards but choose to play the stubborn hand and go the route of I’m just an employee I cannot do anything is ridiculous, thankfully there are other tow companies I know to now choose over and recommend to others now like b&b and curries towing. as a local to town Kells has now left a pour taste in my mouth, thankfully true colours finally showed so I will not support anymore

I left the car with my dog to do something more interesting (and keep warm) than sit in the car for 1.5 hours in a snowy ditch, but Kells came early and waited for me to get back. Literally in the middle of nowhere the address being an intersection of a side road and a line, still they found me. Their office and service is great. Highly recommend this local tow service.

I found Kell's towing to be great to deal with. They got me a truck quicker than expected, and the driver awesome. I would certainly recommend them.
