The owner (Shanel) has always been such a pain in the a.. to deal with. Cocky, arrogant, looks down upon you and DOES NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO REPLY QUICKLY TO HER TEXTS WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO BOOK A DARN APPOINTMENT. You are a PAYING customer yet she makes you feel like you’re a beggar and she’s helping you out of the “goodness of her heart”. Come back to earth, realize you’re just a basic human being. You’re too gassed up. When it comes to her work, the microblading is terrible. Looks like a kid got too much fun with some Crayolas. Some of the work she posts on Insta are NOT her own bc actual results are very bad.Also, it would be good if you could reply to your customers’ texts in less than several hours to a day when they’re trying to book an appointment with you. I don’t think anybody would want to pay somebody just to be treated like a nobody, like trash basically. Every text she sent me were HOURS apart. She would sometimes just text me back the next day. Like HOW many days does it take to book an appointment for God’s sake? Making a customer feel like they don’t matter isn’t how you’re gonna succeed.So unprofessional and rude and cocky. Girls, please do yourselves a favour and go get wtv you need done ELSEWHERE at all costs.

I brought my girl friend and my daughter to her Salon Shanel Beauty and it’s really nice. The personnel is very professional and caring. Me as a man I did a facial and they took really good care of me. My girlfriend and daughter loves this place and will comeback . Guys need a facial or even a basic manicure while waiting for your ladie i defenetely recommande the salon. No doubt about it !
