Went in there yesterday for some help with a leaky faucet. The staff were professional, courteous and very helpful. They explained how to install the pieces and to come back if I had any issues. Really stellar customer service, will go here for all my plumbing/electrical needs!

The best plumbing support and parts supplier in Peterborough. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Prices are comparable with competitors, sometimes lower, sometimes higher. Service is second to none. If there's something they don't have, they will order it for you and let you know when it arrives and is ready for pick up. Give them a try and you decide. Cheers

BUYERS BE AWARE ! Renovating bathroom is stressful enough however the sales team was nice about us taking all parts we purchased to try at home and bring back all unused and unopened boxes back the next day. Which we did but nobody warned us upfront that there would be an astronomical 25% restocking fee!!! This small detail they forgot to mention, ended up costing us 30$ on a 100$ drain which we fully returned unopened and they get to resell again. No apology for this day light robbery either. Very sad store, poor attitude and customer service! Very disappointed and will never go back and cant recommend this store at all.

Great local store for all your plumbing needs. Prices are reasonable and I think the quality and service are superior. Always recommend them to anyone. (I think it says a lot when even the staff at big box stores recommend them for hard to find items!)

Absolutely hands down, the greatest place to go for all your plumbing needs. You won't have to find help, as help will find you as soon as you walk through the door. They will work with you until your problem has been resolved. They know a lot, but they will take the time to teach you to do the job yourself.

Norm's Cash & Carry in Peterborough is a small bathroom showroom store with bathroom parts sold in the rear of the showroom.Bathroom products ranged from the common faucets, vanities, tubs, etc. to the tastefully luxurious items. Prices were a little higher than the box stores but we thought it well worth the price for the knowledge of their staff.During our visit, the staff were quite friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful and accomodating.There's a small parking area with easy overflow parking on the street. We didn't notice any entrance accessibility for wheelchairs. However, there was room between most aisles for wheelchairs.Overall, it's a great place to find bath parts and products especially if you want something that's different than what's found in the big box stores or if you need hard to find parts.

Yes my name is Douglas I run a small business electrical , generators , plumbing the whole nine yards I find getting my material from Norm's Cash and Carry and the people who work there are very knowledgeable and skilled at their trade. I would recommend Norm's Cash and Carry to everybody who needs help in plumbing and electrical and all tubs sinks and taps. I've have known the owner for over 30 years a very good friend of mine and they will go out of there way to help you. From a score one out of 10 I would score them a perfect 10 . It's okay. The guy that helped me was a bit gruff. He got defensive when I expressed my displeasure having to spend $15 to replace a cheap 3c plastic ring for my shower. If I had access to a 3D printer I could have made the piece I needed to replace. I can't prove it, but I wondered after my purchase if I was paying more for something I didn't need because I couldn't shop inside. But the unit I was sold works and I was in a pinch so it is what it is. When things open up, I wouldn't go back. I'd go to Home Hardware or Home Depot instead.

I went in to the parts department to see if they had a 3/8 inch cap to seal off the gas line to my side burner on my natural gas BBQ. I wanted to remove the side burner shelf. The clerk said they didn't carry gas fixtures, but still went to the back to check if he had anything that would fit. He came back with a brass cap that looked like the right size. I said I would try it and return it if necessary. When I asked how much it cost he said just take it for free. It worked like a charm. Only in Peterborough, and only at Norms CC.

Parts counter folks really know their stuff and are very helpful.
