Buying a vehicle is something I hadn’t done in a really long time. Coming to Auto Connection I have had a very good experience. Terra was so helpful taking me through the process. I came in looking at one brand of vehicle which did not work out. Terra suggested I look at a Nissan. This turned out to be the very best!!!!! I had a small personal issue and was ready to cancel the deal, but Terra assured me the Nissan would be here for me when I got things worked out. My experience is the Acura I purchased was exactly as they advertised.Actually better.No pressure sales.My feeling is ..they understand the value of the vehicle ..thier costs .. and sell it fairly.Wish I could purchase another vehicle from them. What originally started out as a good vehicle buying experience with the sales team turned bad a month and a half later . I found myself in the shop with a $1500 repair bill, on a part that was of course not covered by extended platinum warranty I purchased (which right now seems like a foolish decision) and also a part I specifically asked about when looking at the “diamond certified inspection”(suspension part that I was told would probably need to be replaced in 3-4 years). I am aware that I did not buy a brand new vehicle, but I put trust in the inspection performed and also gave you the opportunity to fix the problem and make it right at a reasonable price. What I was met with was an equivalently priced quote as other repair shops, without a “loyalty, VIP discount”, a discount on labour that appears to be hidden by overpricing the part (Monroe quick strut quoted @$460 (each side). I made one phone call and purchased the same brand/model for $235 each the same day (in stock, in Saskatoon)). So, here I am fixing my new to me vehicle at home, using my Platinum bumper to bumper warranty as a grease rag (over dramatic, I know). However I will be comforted knowing that it will only cost me $470+tax, some of my time and the cost of a wheel alignment (performed at a different shop of course). Other things of note, during diagnosis of the suspension (which had already been diagnosed by a different shop, stating the same problem (like I mentioned earlier I gave Auto Connection the opportunity to make it right even though it would take a week longer and require a long drive to drop off/pickup etc.)) the Auto Connection shop mechanic also mentioned that they could also quote me for replacing the rear brakes… which apparently weren’t worn enough to replace before selling it to me… a month and a half ago. Also, during the sale process I was asked about trading in my previous vehicle and was given an “above market appraisal” of $6,600, I sold it the next day privately in under an hour for $14,900. In closing, yes vehicles do require maintenance/unexpected repairs sometimes and not everything can always be anticipated in an inspection. But when given the opportunity to make it right with a customer who just purchased the vehicle (and extended 4 year warranty) a month and a half ago, I don’t believe the effort was made to keep me as a customer. Sure a courtesy car was given, and they said they would provide me the diagnoses for free, which was the same diagnoses and already paid for to a different shop (directed to by extended warranty company), which I could have had the original shop fix that same day and not have even required a courtesy car/1 week wait/long drive. Where you buy and service a car is your choice, this place has many good reviews and some similar to mine, just stating my experience.

Best place in Saskatoon hands down! Staff is so great and works hard to make everything go as smooth as possible. As we all know with vehicle troubles things can occur that are unforeseen. Saskatoon Auto Connection makes this process so much easier. Thanks to Dustin and his amazing staff for all the work with me vehicles.

Dealt with Dustin and James. Decided to take in my black 2015 BMW for a paint correction and detail. Best money I have ever spent on it. Looks brand new in and out. Well worth the money (which was very reasonable), I would highly recommend their service and will definitely be taking my truck (and future vehicles) to them for the same package.
