The wait is long. The employees greet you with & smile and truly do their best to help in every way. I noticed that over 50% of intake were not speaking english, hence the longer lines. Bring a smile & a book.

The officer is friendly and kind. I talked to a couple of individuals over the phone and they were incredibly helpful and polite. However, when it comes to the in-person appointment, I had a different experience. I worked with one person in particular and she was unprofessional, incompetent, and unhelpful. She called my name, I approached the counter, and she just stared at me without saying anything, until I started talking. I had an appointment scheduled and expected her to know why I was there. I struggle to comprehend why someone with no people skills or necessary knowledge would be in a position which requires facing customers on a daily basis.

What a joke. Not open to walk ins, although literally every other state and federal facility has reopened months ago. And no one ever answers a phone call. How can anyone accomplish anything when there is absolutely NO way to interact with this office. What a joke. Why are those employed here even at work. Waste of federal money imo.

My son receives SSI benefits and our worker is amazing, however some of the representatives are extremely rude. I called today to see if they had received a letter that I had sent out because I hadn’t heard back and also had a question about another form that was sent to me. The lady I spoke with didn’t give me time to finish what I was saying and proceeded to tell me, “they will get back to you when they can. There’s no need to call, they get way too many follow up calls.” she then assumed that I had sent out my letter late and began to lecture me. Then, she hung up before I could even ask my question. Both her tone and attitude were cold, she was no help at all. I’m highly disappointed in their customer service.

I went to the office & discovered that some banks like Verdian often don't handle SS correctly! They often put the SS checks in wrong accounts & put the SS in to early which makes it hard to keep track of your SS

I don't like the way they treat me at all. I'm supposed to get my mother's benefits this morning and got nothing. I'm a 32 year old disabled woman and don't deserve this treatment of my income being played with. I feel, I'm getting played with anyways. This is outright wrong. I had a bill that I was supposed to take care of today and now, I can't. Because, I didn't get my mother's benefits. I highly recommend that this issue was solved, some way, some how. I don't like that the fact that these people want to do this to me or anyone in a matter of fact. If this is gonna happen again, my results for social security is that I will get a lawyer involved. Because, this has happened to me to many times and I am done with these games.

Need medicare Part B. Sent in paperwork identical to my husband's. His was accepted; mine was not. I was told that every so often someonethem.

I was told that a representative would call be back the next day to help with application and no one called so I called them saying they would call me the next day never happened and I can’t even go online to see if I could just do it myself since the representative started it I can’t so upsetting because I need to get this disability reinstated as my disability is only worsening!

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Absolutely unprofessional. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! The person I talked to on the phone today should be fired for the way she talked to me. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!!!!!!

It seems that when you leave a nursing home the SS ck for that first month out fails to appear in bank account for a while .. no matter how many times they tell you that the ck is reissued . Prayer is crucial when you have done all you can. It's December . I left nursing home in August.. still waiting on the missing payment.. nursing home signed off in August but SS still can't see why the payment is not here ..
