Mary was wonderful, super knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We were able to pick out two pieces for immediate delivery and worked with Mary to pick out a coordinating fabric for a swivel chair to be ordered. My mom was so excited to find everything she was looking for in one spot!

Corinne is lovely and knows her stuff. Great service and selection. I was looking for a condo sized sofa and loveseat. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection provided. This place has good quality Canadian made furniture. I have placed my order and await info on delivery...it could be a while, but with this quality, it will be worth the wait.

We love our couch from Wilsons but the customer service could be better. We were not notified each time our couch delivery date was delayed and when there was an issue with our couch (manufactureer's defect) we had to reach out by email over 3 times before our concerns were addressed. The concern was finally fixed to our satisfaction but it was up to us to continually follow up with Wilson's make sure it got done and as a custumer that is frusterating.

We had a great experience shopping at Wilson Furniture for our new sectional. Corinne was helpful and knowledgable, without being pushy. She was patient while we took our time deciding on what we wanted. It was by far the best shopping experience we had from any furniture store we visited, and are happy to support a family business and Canadian-made furniture.

My fiance and I have been looking for good quality living room furniture for our condo. We found Wilson Furniture came with great recommendations from some good friends of ours. So we popped in to check it out for ourselves. This is where we met our super friendly and personable sales rep Mary.Mary asked a lot of detailed questions and then took us around the entire showroom on our first visit to get an idea of what we were in the market for. She really paid close attention to everything we talked about. She spent a great deal of time with us showing us everything and explaining to us the pros and cons of the products that we were starting to focus on and by cons i mean how things would work/operate in the space we were dealing with.Mary also sent us away with some homework and brochures to figure out how things were going to fit and what measurements we need to return with to ensure what we were looking at buying was not only going to fit but would enhance our living space.I think the best part of the whole experience was that we didn't feel pressured into buying something. It didnt feel like it was about the sale it felt like it was about us and our needs.It was awesome to actually enjoy the experience with such a talented person. When we are back in the market again we will definitely be stopping in to look for Mary!

After visiting many furniture stores I decided on purchasing my sofa and loveseat from Wilson's with help from Mary Kamarinos. She was very patient with me and provided excellent guidance without putting any pressure. Worth a visit and consideration. Janice

Great store, we had excellent service, and the prices are fair. Mary was peak salesperson, she handled our needs perfectly, and had ample of patience. We were there for two and a half hours, and she helped us through it all. Will recommend them for all furniture needs!

Had a great customer service experience! After visiting many furniture stores with no success I stopped into Wilson’s Furniture.Most of the stores I had been either jumped on you as soon as they saw you or ignored me.My first visit I was greeted by a lovely sales associate, Corinne. She asked me what I was looking for, directed me to area to look and told me she would check on me shortly should I have any questions.I appreciated her not hanging over me while browsing.When she did approach me, I explained what I was looking for and the difficulty of space for the area in which I was working and wanted a sectional without the extended piece on the end.She showed me a couple of options, told me how I could build my own and all pieces come in sections to accommodate the space . She went into full detail of material, which I could choose and build the couch however I want. Canadian made as well!!!Corinne was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy! I thanked her for her time and left. I went home, remeasured the area and the following week I returned and placed my order.Wilson’s has been in Oshawa over 80 years, this is why!! Great customer service, great prices and well made furniture!!
