Had a problem finding a gas adapter valve stopped in just to ask and realized I should have stopped here first they had it,great staff very knowledgeable and a huge inventory of gas fittings and every barbecue part you need.

Family owned business, good selection of high quality grills and accessories. They delivered and installed my grill and took away the old one for recycling. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend over getting a grill from one of them big chains!

Excellent customer service! Fair prices. Have a variety of brands and Jackson Li was great and able to walk me very well on pros and cons of any products. The whole delivery process was also perfect. Couldn't be more satisfied so far.

They have a lot of selection on bbqs. We went in thinking we would buy one but learned about the benefits of others. Had to return and swap for another product. After putting the bbq together, found that it was for natural gas instead of for propane which is what we should have. They were good with swapping it for the right one and had it assembled and shipped to do the swap.Great service and standing behind what they sell.Recommend this place for your bbq needs.

Anything you need about the art of grilling is here, nothing wrong with big retailers, but if you want a good advice and guidance, this is your place to go, I have both my charcoal and camping grill from here, always found good answers that make me happy with my selection.

Its great to be able to go to johstones 10 years after my bbq purchase and get replacement parts like the burner, flavour shield all of which are stainless steel and astonishingly low cost - And in Stock! a success for the environment and landfill reduction.
