As a regular client of Shahnaz's Beauty Garden, I'm really pleased to find this tidy place and friendly staff. I've got recently my hair keratin treatment for second time by Bahara and I was amazed about the result. Thanks a lot lovely Shahnaz and Bahara❤

We had a wonder pedicure/manicure and facial experience at the spa and couldn't believe how clean and nice the place actually is. The owner was nice enough to open on the Sunday just to accommodate my friend and I and ended up enjoying our time together for the 2.5 hours we were there. The staff and owners are very nice and we definitely will be coming back for future visits. Thank you!

Shanaz is absolutely amazing, Her facility is clean and calming. I feel so relaxed from the moment I walk in the door. As for the service it is top notch, my skin looks so refreshed and young after a treatment here that even my friends and family comment. I highly recommend a service at Shanaz's beauty garden .

I have been going to Shahnaz for 15 years. They are a topnotch spa. My experience with the ladies is wonderful they are professional and friendly. My favorite treatment is a full body massage and facials. I also have my hair done it is a all in one beauty bar and I always look forward to my next visit.

I bought a Groupon for 2 Brazilians and the first one was so terrible I just ate the money I had already spent rather than expose myself to this torture again.The lady who did the Brazilian was nice enough but there were some major issues. I struggled with posting a review bc I don't like posting negative reviews, but I felt bad not warning people. (Maybe part of me hopes that she'll read this and improve.)I've been getting waxed for 20 years all around the Lower Mainland, Seattle and Paris. This is the 2nd time ever that I have scabbed afterwards. I was in so much pain and my skin flaked off for 3 days afterwards!I had to ask her several times to change the waxing cloth; she wanted to use the same wax-drenched strip over and over - which is ineffective as well as unsanitary.Avoid this place for waxing until things have improved. Service was done January 2022.

Best place for waxing! I went there for the first time today and I was really satisfied with the service. I will come back again.

They are so rude and irresponsible. I had an appointment there but I couldn’t find the address and I was searching for it for about 5 minutes and I called them to guide me but the guy behind the phone didn’t help me and he said because you are late Shahnaz got another client. I said it’s just 5 min and she could call me or can do it after this client, but he said no Shanaz will do it in 2 hours from now!!!He was super rude and I cancelled my voucher with them and never go there.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and customer service I have received during this time.My hair dresser really cares about my hair and she always take care of my hair,She recommended some products and treatments.I highly recommend her for hair cut colors and highlights.
