Kevin is my go to guy! If I have a computer issue, I slip him an email or text and he's always happy to help! For someone who is not tech savvy this is really important to have. I am on my computer all day and I need it to work and work well. Kevin will put in the time and effort to make it work seamlessly and with as little disruption to your day as possible. Kevin Jenks of the Jennic Group is fast and professional. I had a question about Outlook this week. My wife's email was not functioning and I went a query to Kevin. He replied quickly and suggested several options for the problem. As it turned out, it was an Outlook problem as Kevin thought it might be, but the turnaround time on the question was lightning quick.

I had an old computer with some very important software on it. I was very nervous about getting a new one because I was unsure on how it would transport to the new one. Well I needn’t have worried! Not only did Kevin get me a new computer but he successfully transferred all my old info over. He very knowledgeable at what he does and everything is done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to refer him or use his services again!
