I called and they emailed back with a quote. On April 21st I agreed to the price and waited, and waited, and waited. On May 16th I emailed and asked when the survey would be done and I waited for a reply. Finally, 3 weeks later with no reply from them, on June 6th I emailed them saying I no longer wanted them to do the survey. Their lack of communication and completing the work is rude and unprofessional
