I will no longer purchase anything that could possibly break from Canadian Tire, especially this local one. The majority of the employees are amazing and so friendly but there is a good handful that are NOT.They don't let you return broken products because it's store policy" and yes

Visited Canadian Tire Store Minden for the last time. Wanted to spend $2000 on a sale item that wasn’t in stock (as is often the case)Requested a rain check nope not from that store. Rudely told I could pay ahead for one sight unseen and wait 2-3 weeks. I agreed and asked about returns in the event that it was, as a lot of items, imported, poorly made or not as in flyer, Sour Patti we’ll call her, sneered venomously because I was interrupting her social time behind the (lack of customer service desk)I was crustily informed no returns unless unopened in original packaging. Asking how I might inspect the item I was curtly informed I didn’t need to inspect it measurements were in the flyer.Such poor people skills and rude responses flabbergasted me. The owner must be aware of such callous, unacceptable, untrained and flat out ignorant employees. When I questioned this poor treatment and uncalled for customer service I was flippantly told if I didn’t like it go elsewhere.I fully intend to follow that advice. Apparently there are several others with similar experiences.Just a word to the wise.End of rant!

Bought a product. Was missing parts. Took back after purchasing another one somewhere else. Was advise can’t get my money back as it was defective. Would replace it. Then I said I want to return that one for refund and was advised I can’t do that either. Wouldnot help at all. Never again will I shop there. Also I am local person. Would not recommend anyone shop there.The customer service rep was totally rude to me as well. Plus some one who advised was a manger was just as rude. Horrible service

Ellysia and staff served me today. They're very kind and helpful and made sure I found what I needed at the store. I always enjoy coming to the Minden. Canadian Tire feels like home.

Sharon in seasonal was amazing today! She really went above and beyond to help me find new replacement cushions for my furniture and had excellent customer service helping other customers at the same time. Although minden was out of stock for what I needed she did guide me to where to find what I needed. Thank you! Ps Algonquin Outfitters refers our customers to your store every day, that is why I love this region.

Wait time was 2 hours more then told for a simple tire swap... After making a prior appointment.

Was there for the electric charger at the gas bar. Used the Flo DC fast charger for 36 minutes and was off again. Once we found it we were pleased with the convenience.

They associates were very helpful with the purchase we made which was large and heavy.

It used to be the best. It used to the man store. Now it's like a mini Walmart. Same made in china c4ap. But I know away they can impress their share holders and put CT way ahead of the others. Let's set a meeting.
