I can certainly say that Ben and his workers have been amazing from the start. I tried booking an appointment in August 2021. I was told they were not doing any quotes as they were fully booked. I saw all the reviews and noticed they talk amazing things about this company. In the spring of 2022 I got an email from Monica and she mentioned they had fit me in for this year. I met with Ben at the previously agreed day and on the same day I had received an estimate. We booked a date. Job started as he promised. They worked fast. Very nice job and clean. A few of my neighbours commented on how good of a job they did on the driveway as they had experience with concrete work. Ben was very communicative in terms of what I needed to do and also mentioned to me that there’s a chance for hairline cracks which I haven’t noticed. He made some recommendations on when the concrete should be poured to which I agreed as he is the expert and don’t want the job to get wrecked just for being impatient.Thank you Ben for the beautiful driveway you and your team made for my house. I see everyday people looking at it and admiring it. I feel proud now that I don’t have the gravel path anymore.I would recommend Ben and his company any day. They took all the stress from dealing with the city and calling hydro (call before you dig). Price was reasonable and we’ll worth it.

Ben's Concrete Works Inc is a professional company with an excellent customer relationship. From the beginning the office staff always informed me of their plan with scheduling exactly as stated. The only delay was due to high winds that would have compromised the finished surface. Work was done quickly and of high standard. The entire crew was attentive to detail and ensured a completed project with no flaws. Cost of the project was very competitive. I would highly recommend this company for garage and driveway concrete work.

Ben and his entire team are great. They were at my home right on time, kept the work area clean for my neighbours, worked quickly and respectfully (i.e no swearing) worked through bad weather and gave me a top notch product at a very competitive price. There was one small miscommunication, maybe on my part, but no matter, they were out right away to make it right. They even sent back crew to do a second quality control cleanup! Would highly recommend them....no hesitation whatsoever.

We researched for a year, prior to deciding to tear-up and re-do our driveway, garage floor & sidewalk. Working with concrete was not something new to us, as my husband did our sidewalks front and back, and my father has done concrete patios that are 4o years old, and still perfect. But we decided to have Ben's do this job, mostly because of the rating, and the job was large. When we met with Ben, we discussed his posted reviews length.Imagine how completely devastated we are, with having the pictures shown below, now be the outcome!!At no point was there any discussion, reference, caution or disclosure made that concrete work does not always turn out perfect" or any mention "that it might crack". We had a cracked sunken garage floor removed and completely redone by Ben and his team. We are very happy with the finished product. The polite and courteous team were efficient in the installation and clean up. The communication was excellent throughout the process. Our project was supposed to be done in July but when a date came up they were able to fit us in sooner. I would definitely use Ben again in the future if a project should arise.

Just wow! Ben and his team were amazing! My husband and I could not be more pleased with the job that Ben and his team did. They removed our old sidewalk and driveway, carted it all away and installed new. The drainage off our property has never been better! We had such a positive experience with their workmanship and professionalism that we have no problem recommending them if you are in need of concrete work. Ben and his team were extremely professional and quick to respond. The team who showed up to do the work were extremly polite, professional, and quick without substituting quality of work. Everything was cleaned up and washed off where they had their skid steer operating.Ben and Monica kept me in the loop every step of the way.5/5 stars. Would use again. Couldn't be happier.

August 2022We recently had a major concrete project done: garage floor, driveway and sidewalk. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ben's Concrete from requesting a quote to the actually finished project. From his office staff, Monica, to the work crews and to Ben of course we were very impressed. Their professionalism, knowledge and skills exceeded our expectations. Ben was always on site and his crews were friendly, hard working, careful and respectful of us and property, on time and cleaned up after themselves each time. We couldn't be more pleased.
