Support services for people with cancer and their families and friends. Volunteers visit hospitalised people every day, and a house a few blocks from the hospital has activities, exercise and cooking classes, and a gym. Most staff and volunteers are warm and compassionate, but there are a few who ignore users of the service and seem to only want to socialize with each other.

I had my very first experience at Hope and Cope last night. What a gift it is to have such a place. I met other people who shared their worries, their pain, their hopes. Then, they listened to mine. What a healing, comforting experience. Thanks for being there. I am so grateful.
