Jackson Water Conditioning
They have got to be the worst company I have had the experience of dealing with. I was told they are the best for dealing with livestock in the area. I have had nothing but issues trying to get them to come service their equipment over five years. Was told last week they would be here Monday this week now apparently the owner is on holidays and told them not to send an employee to look at. I am going to contact a different company to come look at jacksons equipment.

100% satisfied. Dalton came to tell us about the systems and take our order. He is vey friendly and just like a neighbour. The installers were polite, quiet, cleaned up any mess and installed the system quickly and very compactly. They also tightened up existing kitchen sink taps without being asked or even saying they had done it. Recommend them highly.

Our water softener stopped working. A competitor of Jackson Water Conditioning told us that we needed to replace the unit at $2000+. One phone call to Jackson revealed that it just needed a $92 part and we're back up and running. They'll be our first call next time. Highly recommend!

Service department doesn’t return calls in a timely manner. After leaving a message, then waiting 4 business days, then talking to a live person who said they would remind the service manager I called…we’ll, after 2 weeks total wait, we’ve decided to switch service providers.New provider answered on the first call, and was at our home the following business day to perform service. And we are very happy with the new provider.Jackson Water needs to stay on top of customer calls and requests or they will lose more clients.

Excellent service ! We had some issues with our new house and the water conditioning units. Service man James was so friendly and helpful with our situation and also very informative. The maintenance was completed efficiently and also affordable. The dispatch also was very helpful and great to deal with ! Can’t wait to continue working with them for yearly maintenance.

Excellent experience, all staff are uber professional and efficient. Very pleasant to deal with and they explained well how the system works. We got a water softener & water filtration. Would definitely recommend.
