Recently, I went to this location and got a loan of $1,500. To my surprise, Cindy wasn't there (who was incredibly helpful the very first time I received a loan) and I instead was helped by Shraddha. She insisted that I get a Home & Auto Benefit Plan even though she hadn't asked me if I owned a car or a home. I felt pressured to sign something I didn't even need and now I have the responsibility to fix her mistakes. Now I am stuck paying for something that I shouldn't have even needed to pay for in the first place.Another thing that happened was that I didn't receive my loan the same day and I had to wait and call in order to get my loan while at work. All in all, it was a very unprofessional encounter and I do not plan on coming back to this branch anymore.
