If all businesses were run like Tim runs HYPERCLEAN, all our lives would be much more simple!!! He gave us an honest quote, arrived on time, cleaned all of our ducts and vents including the dryer vent, took every step to treat our house as his own and even showed before and after pictures of the ducts. Tim and crew showed up on time and were ready to go. This was our first time getting the ducts cleaned, and what a difference it has made in the airflow through the entire house. The before and after pictures were pretty amazing. Definitely not waiting so long for the next cleaning. Tim and his crew were professional, courteous, and we recommend them to anyone thinking about doing this.

Tim is one of the best service contractors to work with. Truly agree with all his other reviews. So great to work with the actual owner - Tim , who is very professional, knowledgeable and a great overall person. Very easy to talk to and listened to our concerns/questions. His website is great at explaining everything and showing pictures. Being able to see the before and after pictures of our ducts was super. What a difference - our air is so much fresher, helped with our allergies and a lot less dust/dust bunnies. We have had our vents cleaned in another home, out of state, but no comparison to what Hyperclean Boise does. Hyperclean Boise gets an A+++ rating from us. We highly recommend.. They are the BEST! A friend recommended Hyperclean to us and I'm glad they did. Tim came out and did a fantastic job. Their website was easy to schedule the appointment on, they called ahead, were early, were very professional, and they did a great job. We just bought this house and the ducts were very dirty. The before and after pics were great and provided great peace of mind knowing we're breathing clean air. I had scheduled a dryer vent cleaning as well, but Tim looked at it and said it wasn't necessary. I appreciate the honesty even though he lost money on the job. We will definitely be using them again.

Tim and his crew came as a referral from my neighbor who uses their services often.My wife and I bought a fixer upper of which had very little TLC given to it over the 26 years prior to us taking over. Upon welcoming our first child the past year, we realized we were sneezing, coughing and overall just not feeling right as Spring arrived. After countless house cleansings, we chalked up our issues to air ducts of which, to our knowledge, had never been serviced or cleaned.Long story short. HyperClean was extremely professional throughout the experience and was up front with expectations on upkeep of our ducts moving forward. We were a bit surprised, albeit a little disgusted, when the team showed us the before and after pictures of our vents/ducts, but overall so very thankful we pulled the trigger and got this done. Our house no longer has any remnants of previous occupants!! HA!!! We also dont seem to be getting aggravated by whatever was in the air anymore.Thank you again Hyperclean team. I will be sure to refer you to our friends throughout the valley.

I would give HyperClean 10 stars if I could. Tim and his son are honest, professional and overall fantastic. My ducts were filthy and loaded with debris (see before and after photos). I don't think anyone realizes that duct work can have more than dust and dirt. These two wasted no time...they worked hard and spent hours on my house. They also cleaned and sanitized my filters since I didn't have any replacements. Their work ethic is top notch and they took a great deal of time ensuring their quality of work was 5 star. In addition, Tim took note and informed me right away of an issue with my HVAC's drain line, that could have turned into a disaster with water everywhere. Tim and his son were personable as well and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them!
