I went to ritual for a self love/energy healing session and hair cut. The moment you walk in the space is so beautiful and inviting. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The Goddess room was a beautiful, comfortable space I instantly felt as ease. Tanja was incredible, she is a bright light and her energy is therapeutic. I left the session feeling like a completely different person than the one who walked in. After, I got my hair done by Kat. Kat is amazing, she instantly made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands.She created a custom scalp treatment and her massaging the treatment in allowed me to sink further into relaxation and comfort. She did a wonderful job on my hair cut, shaped my face beautifully. Bruna the owner was on-site and checked in to ensure things were going well. The whole afternoon was wonderful and I cant wait to go back and explore more treatments at Ritual.

I have been coming to Ritual for years now and this is hands down the best salon in Toronto! There are a vast amount of different services offered from facials, to hair and mani/pedis, all offered at a great price. Immediately when you walk into Ritual, you are greeted by the most friendly, enthusiastic staff. They are always happy to help you and very easy to talk to! Moving onto the artists, each one is extremely talented at what they do and very knowledgeable at their craft! I mainly go to Ritual for my hair treatments and cuts, and book in with Mark, who is the most professional, personable, talented hair stylist I have ever had! He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate, and always takes the time to listen about what I want to do with my hair and any concerns I have. Not only that, but I always ask for his opinion on what he thinks would look great style-wise and he never misses! I trust Mark with my hair and am always blown away by how amazing it looks in the end. His level of skill is outstanding and I have always left Ritual feeling extremely satisfied with the end results of my service, the customer service, and the atmosphere (cleanliness & vibe).

Every time I have been to Ritual I have been blown away by the service, ambience and the outcome of my services. I have very curly hair and have spent insane amounts of money on professional curly hair cutters and every time I leave I am disappointed and end up with a small Afro. My first time at ritual I had already expected that I would likely be disappointed, but it was quite the opposite. It was the best haircut I’ve ever received! When my hair is curly or straight, the cut is amazing. Shapes my face perfectly.If you’re still with me, this is the most important part. DO NOT WASTE ANOTHER MOMENT WITHOUT BOOKING A FACIAL WITH JUN!!!!! In my entire life, I’ve never had such an incredible experience. It’s like the best facial you’ve ever had, plus massage, plus acupressure all in one.The services were so good I brought my mon(easily the most critical human in the planet) and even she came out looking amazing and very surprised with the professionalism.Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely loved my blowout with Kat! She’s so sweet, and is very thorough making sure everything looks perfect. She made sure I was happy with the final look before leaving! It was a lovely treat for me, and I will definitely book with Kat again when I am back for an event and need my hair to look fab. Thank you Kat<3

I had very dry and damaged hair. I got amazing hair treatment, and my hear is now soft and light. It is much more nourished and has volume. I bought shampoo and condition it at the salon. I had hands-down the best color transformation of my life with Mark. He took control of the consult and told me what he thought would be the best course forward for my previously-dyed hair. He took his time to ensure that he wouldn't be damaging my hair, which is a very important aspect of his work. His signature style is lived-in, blended, beachy hair, which was right up my alley. Ultimately, my hair feels healthy and the color turned out beautifully - I can't tell where my hair ends and the color begins. When it comes to hair color, Mark is creative, diligent, and he's got great instincts. Did I also mention how amazing my cut and styling turned out, too? Immediately book a color and cut with him, let him do what he does best, and you'll honestly walk out feeling like the best version of yourself.

I had such an amazing experience with Mark! I’ve been looking to transition my usual one tone hair colour to a more natural, lived in, low maintenance vibe. My hair is naturally very fine and I am always worried about It’s integrity after a Colouring service. Mark took the time to hear all my concerns and goals without making me feel rushed or pressed for time. Together we came up with a plan and boy did he deliver! I can honestly say my hair is never looks so beautiful! He gave me a very soft natural balayage that will completely grow out naturally without much maintenance at all! The health of my hair feels strong and shiny. I seriously cannot recommend Mark enough! If you’re looking for natural, soft, lived in look, then Mark is your man! Obsessed
