The folks at this store are very hard working and always helpful and courteous. The produce and in-store baked goods are top-notch and there are enough great deals to get me in the door at least once a week. I couldn't be happier. :)

Store is quite busy and a bit disorganized but the staff are top notch.Shout out to the polite guys in the meat department who dropped everything to prepare some potato crusted cod for me, and cashier Annette who’s simply just a delight.It’s the long term Safeway staff who make this location a customer favourite here in Kelowna.

Shout out to the florist who always takes her time and making sure my flowers look great. The fliers are the best and last two to three weeks. Lots to choose from and the service is wonderful.

Shame on you for using Diamond parking! I was given a ticket for parking in your lot when I went in the store? And was then informed there is no dispute process and they refused to look at security footage. You will not be getting any more of my money and I will make sure my family and friends go elsewhere as well. Nobody wants to pay an extra $100 for their groceries while they are shopping.

Great little grocery store. Close and convenient for I live downtown. Staff is polite, and the prices are comparable to other nearby alternatives. I would give it 5 stars however it's small size does limit options on some items.

Small with narrow isles. They have an impressive variety of goods considering their size.There are often vehicles parked in front of the sidewalk ramp that leads up to the entrance. If you have mobility issues or a stroller, I would suggest shopping elsewhere. Same if you prefer walking or taking transit instead of driving. But if you bring a vehicle and have no mobility issues the selection is great.

A wide selection of produce a good value. The fruit was fresh and the bakery items lasted. Will definitely be doing my shopping there again when next in the area.

The trashiest ugliest dirty grocery store I’ve ever been in. I’m from Saskatchewan have been a Safeway , Sobeys shopper for 30 years. So disappointed in this store. Not even a relaxing nice shop at all.. Also was not stocked well.Don’t waste your time shopping here.
