I had the pleasure of taking a move.happy with Sarah yoga class. She is an excellent instructor. I felt so relaxed and renewed after the class. I would highly recommend any type of class with Sarah. She is very knowledgeable and has a way of making you feel so comfortable. She is a gem of a person too.

Sarah is absolutely amazing! She teaches you how to go for a complete Mindshift to make sure everything you do is sustainable long term. She individually caters her message and programming to all abilities factoring in your equipment availability. Her programs and coaching are so unique and I highly recommend her!

Sarah’s approach to health and fitness is practical, adaptable, and grounded in behavioural science versus fads. She meets you where your at and gives you tools and tactics that work for the individual to keep them active throughout the years. One thing I really appreciate is her ability to make fitness fun and approachable. I find there are many programs that are quite intimidating. MoveHappy does an exceptional job at making you feel welcome no matter your fitness level and works with you at each step of the way, including those times where we may fall off a bit.

I would highly recommend Sarah & the move happy program.I first heard of Sarah when she did a presentation to our Parkinsons support group. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s & the neurologist had said one of the most important things you can do for Parkinson’s is regular exercise. I also have spinal stenosis which causes some pain & limitations with my back. For over a year I rode my stationary bike & did Parkinson’s exercises 4 to 5 times a week, but I really didn’t feel I was improving at all. I was ready for a programme & more variety as well as challenge.I remembered Sarah and looked her up , did the 2 week free program & loved it.I have been a member for over a year now. I manage to do the 4 live classes most weeks, as well as one from the library on fridays & Saturdays when possible.The strength & muscle tone I have gained has really helped my back & Parkinson’s. I love how encouraging & knowledgeable Sarah is . She really cares about her clients and does everything she can to make sure we are “ moving happy “

If you are looking for a safe, fun and informative approach to fitness, you need to try the Move Happy program. I have been working with Sarah on a personalized program for several months. It is amazing to have a program that is prepared specifically for me. If I have a question or need to adjust anything, Sarah is right there to meet my needs. Sarah is so supportive and encouraging. If you think you don't like to exercise, give Sarah a try. You might just surprise yourself.

What can I say about Sarah and her Move Happy program except that it’s the best thing that’s happened to me for my physical and mental health!In just three months I have changed my entire outlook and relationship with exercise. Sarah has taught me how to move and be kind to myself and my body. The physical results were a bonus! I have dropped weight and increased energy! I feel better than ever.Sarah devises workout plans and holds me accountable daily and always checks in to see how my fitness program is going. She makes suggestions and answers all of my questions. Her online classes are all recorded, too, which helps with my schedule. She is exactly what I was looking for and what I needed - plus she’s super nice!! I am so looking forward to a healthy and lifelong journey with exercise. Thank you, Sarah!

Sarah is SUCH a gentle soul and she really helped me to become more gentle with myself as I strive to meet my goals. She is super knowledgeable and so very relatable. I started working with Sarah about a year ago.After we had a “get to know & understand you” meeting, Sarah developed a strength building program specific to my abilities. She touches base with me regularly to see if I have any concerns, and makes adjustments if required. She also holds me accountable, in a kind and respectful way.One of my biggest challenges was not being in one location long enough to register for fitness/yoga classes, I love the flexibility of being able to go to the Move Happy site and choose a class (on my own time schedule).Sarah persuaded me to try some of the live online yoga with chair classes. I love them as well! The best thing I’ve done for myself was to join Sarah at Let’s Move Happy

I have been on this health journey for half of my life, trying to find a healthy balance and relationship with my habits. Habits meaning exercise and food and more.I decided to move forward with MoveHappy and it has been WILD how my mind is transforming month by month. Working with Sarah to identify my true goals, while practicing grace and EASING into long term goals by creating small and practical goals has actually been life changing. I enjoy working out and my personalized program. If you told me a year ago I would be saying this, I wouldn’t believe you. I have had severe foot pain that also has held me back at times and with Sarah’s suggestions and encouragement, I have made progress for the first time in almost twenty years with my foot pain. It’s been an incredible experience and I look forward to continuing on my MoveHAPPY journey. If you’ve gotten this far in my review, just go for it! You’ll love it.

Sarah works hard to tailor her program to the client’s level, assists in setting realizable goals and makes getting to the next level achievable.
