AWESOME Company !!!I had a small issue with my bobcat just up the road with 6 dump truck load on the road heading to me. Mark said I will send Rick right away. Rick came and fixed the problem and I was up and running. When I got back Mike invoiced me Accordingly" and I was so pleased I am here telling you about it.Sometimes they are busy and it's only because they give great service. I bought massey 2 yers ago rather than Avenue becouse of family own buisness. Big issue xomes with bad product. Came 4 times into their shop finally they know what's wrong and cost me fortune. It cost me over 3600 to remove a clout in hydraulic system because I said to son he is useless and he was. Dad loves their kid. Bad side of family own business. I will say way better to deal with open minded employees rather than ego based family.

Way over priced for work done. Other issues as well. They replaced glow plugs which I bought separate. We had to redo them 3 weeks later the new" glow plug tips are black and rust on threads?? 3 weeks. We question if they were even done. Oil change for $600? Even if they did the glow plugs which we very much doubt

I bought a tedder from them for 7k and have had nothing but issues. Bent pto, broken universals, flat tires, broken hyd cylinder, cracks that needed welding. They said if they sell it they gaurentee it. When i phoned and said i want my money back they said sorry no can do but we will sell you a new one for 25k. I will never do buisness with them again. They also said the tedder was field ready and will have no issues
