0 star.The shop owner so clearly likes to pick and choose who he will deal with professionally or not and those who get the short end of the stick can guarentee to be greeted by a grumpy old man who speaks to you as if he has anything better to be doing than dealing with your concerns as a customer. If that doesnt turn you away from his business on its own just wait until you get the ridiculous quote for things you dont need to replace at all because they didnt actually take the time to inspect your vehicle properly. The gamble of him showing you even a shred of respect is too big to waste your time darkening this shops doorstep.

I have been dealing with Alliston Auto Repair ever since they moved into this location on Church St. I can absolutely vouch for the honesty of Ian and the friendliness of the staff! He always takes the time to fully answer any questions I may have! On many occasions he has helped me with a minor repair and had me on my way! He has always been honest enough to tell me when I should be getting rid of my vehicle and not trying to con me by repairing a car that was not worth it. If there is a job that he doesn't perform like body work, he will tell me where to go to get a good job done. For those who would review his business in a negative manner (old grouchy guy); I say to you that you have reviewed the wrong business and done a great disservice to a business that is doing a great job in the community! Well done Ian and to all your staff! It is always a pleasure to come in and have you take care of my vehicles! You always do it with a smile on your faces! Thanks so much!
