This store is amazing, has everything you can imagine their frozen food section is beyond belief and the staff is super friendly.

Great place to find standard and unique items at a good price. A lot of stuff you can use on country properties and farms.

have visited this place many times over many years and 1 thing is definite common thing. Alot of their frozen food items are expired. Buyers beware! you have to look at the best before date. Was their yesterday August 31 and wanted to buy pizza bagels for my kids. Grabbed a pack and the expiry date read Oct 2017. Many of their frozen meats are also expired.

The Farm Store" as many of us call it

I was into this store on July 21Wore my mask did as asked social distance.The customer service is so I don’t like my job or I don’t want out of town people in here. Even cashing out the cashier was actually scary looking just miserable looking. The person stocking the freezer was no better. I know it’s Covid but must you not even say good morning nothing. Maybe have a nice day anything. I am from a small town and it is not like This at all. People friendly help in any way.I don’t come often to our cottage so i don’t have to come here again till next year. I hope these people think about what other people are going through maybe and pretend you like your job.We are all in this pandemic so try to be nice it won’t hurt.If you don’t want out of town people get our postal codes at the door turn us awayHave a nice day.

great place to get a variety of things farm stuff to frozen foods. picked up some seed potatoes , seed and some pies on this trip. Love ,love, love the frozen tuson tomato soup; 2 single Servings in a box for $1. Chapman's yogurt icecream is $5.19 compared to $6.99-8.99 at nofrills and foidland.

I always buy wharever frozen items I need here and only if they don't have it, do I buy elsewhere. In all the years I've been buying, the items have ben been great quality and great price.The staff is so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the shrimp and they carry a breaded chicken wing that is only available once in a while that is the best ever. Their frozen veggies can't be best.

The store with heart!We go the propane delivery on Friday AM. By the afternoon our boiler was still not working yet! I called the manager ( Mr. Nick ) from the County Farm Centre in Picton who was overseeing the deliveries, and told him our problems - so he sent a gentleman Jason, who came in 10 minutes(!!), looked at the boiler, did some magic a the boiler kicked in! Thank you both for your help- on Friday, late afternoon !

Customer service is terrible. I live here and have witnessed many customers be treated with rudeness. Now that there are more rules to follow with covid it given staff permission to be really rude to customers. Its never what you say its how you say it. Someone should tell them you can give people direction in a courteous way...pretend you like your customers at least. I'm never returning sadly.

I rushed into town to get grain for my animals this morning. Didn't know I needed a mask. Pulled my shirt over my face and was told it wasn't up to their standards for a mask (yet the cashier was wearing a mask made of what looked like recycled clothing). I was then offered a mask (Made in China, loved the irony) for purchase. The time it took for this exchange I could have been outside of the store getting my truck loaded.The fact you are trying to capitalize on this pandemic" instead of offering local customers a quick and easy option like A COMPLIMENTARY MASK shows where your priorities lie. I called the LOCAL competitor and had my order delivered an hour later with no Liberal Propaganda forced on me."
