We visited this shop around 5 days ago spoke with Meryick a company director, who ensured us he would deal with our enquirey ( our spend would be around £6000:00) here’s the gap!Despite us visiting the shop in between we still await contact !How do local independent companies behave so poorly towards potential customers?Very little intelligence applied , yes this company will still be around forever, but we won’t beExtremely lacking !

Called to ask for a quote and spoke to a chap called Harry. He asked me to email a number of measurements and details which I did immediately and said he would quote next day but didn't. I chased a few days later and said would do it by the weekend, but didn't. He then emailed me apologising, saying they were very busy and asking if I still wanted a quote, to which I said yes, but to this day a quote has never been sent!!!

Great service from start to finish. really friendly and knowledgable team who answered all our questions and provide advice and guidance throughout the selection/buying process. Fitting service was excellent - clean, tidy, thorough. would highly recommend.
