We recently completed a full remodel of our basement with DTR. Not only did they meet the expectations, they also went above and beyond to exceed them.

When we met Moe in April 2021, he was very fast responding our emails or text messages and we felt in trust to do our whole basement. His team started in July 2021, we always paid Moe on time as planned and expected to have the basement done by the end of the year 2021.Since October 2021 (a year !!!) we are chasing him and despite multiple emails, countless of text messages and calls he almost never reply back and therefore, we barely have our railing and bathroom done.For example: he was supposed to finish last month but no staff showed up on the date we agreed on. When we texted him at 9 am on the date planned he justified it by saying that his staff was sick or away without noticing him. He knew about it earlier in the week but never informed us. His staff is working on other projects. Ours seem to be the least of his priority.So, basically, be careful: do not pay until the job you pay for is done.Not being reliable and lack of communication are the worst things to happen when you hire a contractor.On the top of losing our money, we lost so much time and energy chasing him.My recommendation: DO NOT engage with this company.

Moe was very responsive when called upon. I contacted them for my basement and they did an awesome job. I am impressed with the quality of materials and work done. I would highly recommend DTR. Very professional team!!

If you need a reliable contractors who gets the job done without any complications and at affordable prices, then these guys are the ones you want to call! A very great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I had the privilege of working with Moe to remodel my home. I must say, they are simply the best in their sector. They have a team of highly skilled professionals who can work on all types of renovations from simple to complex with no issues. Thanks for making the process easy for us.

I gave only 2 stars because they did a great job in the renovation of my basement, but:1- We agreed (verbally) that they build a greenhouse in my backyard after the end of the basement work, but they never did and never replied to my phone call, messages and email.2- I recommended them to a friend to renew their basement. They did about 90% of the work and stopped suddenly without any notice or justification. They never replied to him. It has been more than 5 months now. He is even wondering if they are still in business. My friend cannot use his basement as the work is not finished, so he is thinking of hiring another contractor to finish the job. I deeply regret having recommended them ( I did that when they were still working on my basement and were progressing well).My recommendations:1- Be cautious, and make sure and verify that they are still in business2- Of you ever sign with them, get some guarantees that they will fully accomplish your work (for example don't pay in advance.)3- Never rely on their nice words or promises: get everything written in your contract. If you are not sure of some work, write it down in the contract and remove it later if you don't need it. I regret not having included my greenhouse in the contract.

Dream Touch Renovations were great to deal with. They were professional and efficient. They renovated our entire home and exceeded our expectations. The workmanship is second to none. All the tiling and trim work is meticulous, the custom basement and kitchen is spectacular and the carpentry on the built in wall unit is perfect. Moe was easy to deal with, and I would definitely recommend them!!
