A PLACE TO AVOIDI wanted to do a wheel alignment the boss of the Bouchard establishment wonder why I wanted to do a wheel alignment I explained to him that I replaced the two lower arms and the two inner and outer tie rods on both sides plus the two bearings he starts the vehicle in front of me in the parking lot reserved for the customer then he hands me the vehicule key telling me that I have to go back to where I had the parts installed because there is noise in the suspension, it's weird because he hasn't even driven the vehicle so I understood that a wheel alignment is not profitable for him if he do not add a few parts to exchange plus labor whereas a simple $100 wheel alignment will end up cost the customer $400 to $500 what a dishonest commercial place the same day I went toanother place the alignment was done without problem with a detailed report that my vehicle did not need any suspension parts to be replaced

I got their to do the alignment for my car...one of the employees said he need to check if he can do it because of my car specs (bmw) never said that the inspection cost money after 10min he said he can't do it but the inspection cost is 30$! I was upset and told him he should've told me that before getting the car in. After arguing the boss said we won't charge you but never come back! Wow was I supprised about this crooked way of doing business! I will never go back there and advise people to avoid this sketchy garage.

Do not go there if you have a car or a truck that need an alignement. I reserved there 3 days before the appointment and when I got there the mecanic told me he could not do it because me vehicule is modified. I did put a lift kit of 2 inch on my Jeep but the adjustment process is the same. I got an appointment at another garage 1 hour after and 2 hours after my car was perfectly align and driving straight. Like another customer reviewed here I guess if you go there only for an alignement he thinks its not worth it and refuse to do it. He told me my car will be wobely and always changing direction with the kit I installed While the Kit I installed was way better than factor parts and the car was already driving nice. even though I needed an alignement to bring the wheel straight again. What a waiste of time. So basically, I had the opportunity to meet a lazy liar, who doesn't respect his engagements.

Simply amazing, extremely professional staff, passionate and dedicated to a perfect service. They will test drive it themselves before and afterwards to make sure the job was done right. Best experience I've ever had at a garage.
