The entire team is incredibly professional and is NOT new to the game. They understand the business and constantly remind me of my worth and value. Richards Agency cares A LOT about their models and takes the time to remind everyone to keep healthy and happy by offering occasional free fitness classes and team gatherings. Although I haven't been to one yet, I am thankful to be a part of an agency that cares enough to go above and beyond. Richard was a doll when he was there, but Rya has since taken over and she's so invested in everyone she takes on. Richards Agency will work as hard as you do! Every time I get a chance to pop into the office, I'm excited to talk to the team and laugh and joke around! Only inquire with them if you are looking for serious representation! :)

Terrible management. I was reached out to by a scout (Sergei) who was impressed with my Instagram and repeatedly asked me to come to Vancouver to “stop doing shoots for free.” Through my effort of travel to their office and doing shoots on the fly for them, I was repeatedly told I had minor imperfections that made me unfit to work (eg. tan lines after a haircut and rosy cheeks when stressed/after travelling all day to get to their office!) Absolutely unprofessional and wasted my time completely, would recommend models to find other representation.
