DO NOT BOOK BIRTHDAY PARTIES!!Booked it for a birthday party. Today. Told to be here at 11:30. And if we were late we couldn’t play. It’s currently 12:17 and the 10 kids have not played. Told they were behind and pushed our game time back. Sitting in lobby for 50 minutes while paid for specific times.No discounts. Told “too bad”Arcade games took money from the kids. When staff was notified once again we were told “too bad” worst place.Don’t waste your money.Update* finished the party. The party room was booked at 1pm for 45 min. They were so far behind that it was 1:10 when the kids finally finished the game. Yes. They kicked us out at 1:44. Only had the room for 34 minutes. With no discount. Kids only ate pizza and rushed for the cake. Poor kids couldn’t even finish their cake. Due to planet lasers poor planning. Aweful experience. Completely wasted 400$.

Kids and adults will have great fun. If you have younger children might want to keep an eye on them if you're playing in a group. Often times you will find rowdy and rude teenagers who are foul-mouthed swearing at or around the children and pushing them sometimes. If you're able to steer away from those type of crowds, there's plenty of fun to be had.

Terrible customer service!We had planned my daughter’s 8th birthday for 14 attending.We had one friend who child has autism.I phoned Planet Laser the week before asking the lady on the phone if it was ok if the mother of the child went in to help her son with autism since he could not handle and control the gun she his own and would need support. The girl on the phone clarified that it would be ok that the mom went in. Everything was going good up until the near end of the game when the mom came out and informed me that her and her autistic son had been kicked out of the game! She monied her he employee was not nice about it and was super rude! She had mentioned to me that he said she needed to pay. She told him she had no problem paying. If we would have known we would have no problem paying. Besides the fact that we had payed ahead of time for all the children, two of which didn’t play, and one showed up late who did not make it in time for the game. So that’s 3 children at $40 a player, and they decided to kick out a mother with her son with autism.Completely rude and uncalled for.On a side note we also had payed almost $600 for the party of 14 from 12-2:30 and were pushed out of the party room by another employee by 1:45pm as he mentioned another party was coming in shortly.For the price we payed for wanting our daughter to have a great fun filled birthday with all her friends turned out to be a day filled with anger!What kind of place who is hosting a children’s parties, for one kicks out a mother and an autistic child towards the end of a game and then expects the mother of the child who cannot control the gun on his own to pay.Such a money grabbing company!AWFUL!I hope that the heir are not other getting treated with such disrespect.I would not ever recommend Planet Laser to anyone.

Haven't played there yet but 2 stars for garbage customer service. Called over and over to see if they were busy. No answer. Left a message. No call back. The voice mail said small groups don't need a reservation. I drove 45 minutes there with 3 kids and they were too busy to accommodate us.I asked if they had a better phone number to reach them and the guy informs me that it's the number I was calling and goes through to a phone right next to him... I tell them I called multiple times and left a message and received no response. He informed me that they are too busy to answer the phone always (even though there were two of them and neither were tending to a customer).I'll go again in the near future and see if they conduct themselves better. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because it was a busy day and the placed looked awesome.

not book them for birthday party package.. They aren’t worth it. Attended a party there recently and Rooms were barely cleaned, Cake will be smallest possible ice-cream cake without any knife or candle. Staff will be colder than icre cream cake. Each kid will receive just 2 slice and 1 pop on poor graded paper plate . No free water taps or bottles provided.

I tried really hard to understand why the service was so bad. Staff were just always so angry no matter how politely I spoke to them. I can see how it's not an easy job running places like these. We had a party at the Richmond venue and the staff were amazing, accommodating and kind. Lazer tag and game machines were a lot of fun.I booked for a birthday party.The place needs to be cleaned more often

Overall, the experience was okay.We booked a birthday party for my son.The customer service was below par. No welcome. No water, no cups. Not even a simple decoration. The whole birthday party package is not worth the experience that we expected.Next time, we will only book laser tag games. Or bday party elsewhere where kids enjoy the party time as well

First time here, and my son loved it. He said the game is fun and exciting. This place can get a bit crowded when peak hour. The waiting area or lobby have few arcade machines and also 3 pinball machines.

We had my sons birthday there. It was an absolute chaotic disaster. The game itself was a lot of fun for the kids. However, the organization of the place was horrendous. First the lobby was so loud when the staff were giving instructions over the megaphone we couldn't hear them resulting in everyone grabbing random vests and not the ones they were supposed too. It held up the game for not only us but the public when we tried to frantically sort it out. The party room we had, had stuff stored in it. They must have put the ice cream cake in it early as it was melting, there was no knife to cut it. There was also no water for the kids who where very thristy after playing 2 games. I would go and play but NEVER have a party there again and have told anyone thinking of doing parties there my experience.
