When I order books I order them in bulk maybe 10 to 20 books. The price is excellent and they always come in very good condition. This is my favorite place to order books. Once I place an order I'm already thinking of the next line up of books I want to order next.

I’m giving you 3-stars for your shipping. I appreciate the free shipping when the order is over $35 but the company you use is atrocious. It was transferred to the USPS opened and with tape on it. Seriously the box was tearing open on the bottom and had tape on the top. I didn’t need to tear it open at all. I just lifted the lid the rest of the way. Thankfully everything was there. A few items were bent but it was intact. This experience will make me reconsider using you in the future. Love your prices and stock but probably will not take a chance on ordering gifts for others from you in the future.

Books were in pretty good condition I had one damaged and they were really good about it replied fast and gave me three different options for the damaged book definitely recommend and will shop again. Also really great prices for books especially if there’s a sale I got 7 books for roughly 55 dollars taxes in, some hardcover some paperback. anywhere else I would maybe get 2 or 3 paperbacks for that price.

Got the books in a timely manner. The books where all in good shape for the most part bent corners on some old price stickers. One book came wrecked with the cover crumpled.

I absolutely love Book Outlet, they always have such great books and haven't let me down once. My books were in great condition every time I ordered; I've only had one book (paperback) be delivered that had a small tear on the cover but nothing too bad, other than that I really love that my books come in good condition and that they're packed so nicely.

Great books and prices! I wanted to curate a little bit for my brand new Little Free Library and was able to get specific books at great prices. The surprise was that they all appear to be brand, spanking new!!! (This photo is a twin of mine, which is pink, but sadly I don’t have a photo of mine!)
