They were amazing! New washer/dryer and the installers said they couldn't install dryer due to vent issue. I called around and was told I would have to wait 2 weeks. I got an appointment with the Solution Appliance the next day (after not having laundry for a week) and Stan was very professional and very friendly. He wasn't able to life the dryer so he left and came back when my husband was home at 6pm on a Friday night. Did a great job and very fair pricing.

I am much older now, but when I was a teen, I remember this guy and his son coming to our house. I was in my room studying for exams, and my sister was in the other room playing video games. I suddenly heard him yell and swear at both my parents. Then I heard a loud thump. Sounded like he kicked something. I looked out the window and saw him leave. As he was leaving, he was swearing his head off while my parents were quiet and in shock. His son looked as terrified as I did. Anyway, I hope he has improved his customer service skills because man oh man that was SO unprofessional. The dude had a serious temper issue. Do better.
